The Returning Veterans Project provider directory is a list of independent mental and physical health service providers who offer free, confidential services to post-9/11 war zone veterans, service members, and their families. Returning Veterans Project providers are located throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington and hold a current license in their area of practice, have current liability insurance, and attend orientation prior to joining our network.

Services are provided by, skilled practitioners who are masters-level and post-doctoral students supervised on-site by our licensed clinical supervisors. The clinic provides outpatient assessment, therapy and primary care services for children, adults, couples and families.

We offer counseling and therapy for depression, anxiety, relationship problems, PTSD, and a wide range of other concerns. We offer assessment and testing for learning disabilities, ADHD and cognitive problems.

We partner with naturopathic medical providers from the National College for Naturopathic Medicine for preventive care, medication management and other primary care concerns. In addition, we partner with various Pacific University College of Health Professions providers to provide additional health care services.

I provide occupational therapy at HART (Horses Adaptive Riding and Therapy). Occupational therapy sessions involve 30 minutes on the horse and 30 minutes off the horse. The first session is an evaluation. Goals will be set based on each client's needs. We also provide adaptive riding and recreational riding at HART.
