2016 Service Report

Thank you donors, providers and partners!

In 2016 our all-volunteer provider network, university and community clinics served a record number (497) post-9/11 warzone veterans, service members and, family clients. Together our network delivered 4,099 hours of free confidential mental health and somatic services including, counseling, art and equine therapy, chiropractic and naturopathic medicine, massage and, acupuncture.

We have continued to expand both our independent practitioner network and our reach with university and community clinics in the Portland metro area, Central Oregon and the Willamette Valley.

RVP continues to act as a leader in educating local clinicians about the psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical healthcare needs of our newest war veterans and families. We hosted 7 clinical trainings attended by over 350 community-based practitioners, VA clinicians, first-responders, counseling students and social service agency staff.

RVP is only able to provide services to our newest generation of veterans through the generosity of our donors, providers and partners.

Thank you for your support,

Mike McCarrel
Director of Operations
