Returning Veterans Project is a network of independent volunteer providers offering their services free to returning veterans and their families.

If you are a returning veteran or family member, please search below to find a provider, then call to make an appointment. Be sure to tell the provider that you were referred by the Returning Veterans Project when you call. Please visit Selecting a Provider for more information. 

If you need to contact your provider and do not see his/her name on the list, uncheck the "Accepting New Patients" box and try again.

If you believe your care provider has behaved unethically, you can contact the project's Board of Directors and/or the care provider's licensing board which governs their practice and ethical standards.
