Instructions

To edit your account information (including username, email address, and password):

  1. Login (if you haven’t already).
  2. Click “My account” in the left sidebar (under your username).
  3. Click “Edit” in the main frame.
  4. Click “Account” in the submenu just below the “Edit” button.
  5. Make any changes to your username, email address, or password – then scroll to the bottom of the page to click “Save.”
 
To edit your provider information in our web directory (including your personal message and availability status):
  1. Login (if you haven’t already).
  2. Click “My account” in the left sidebar (under your username).
  3. Click “Edit” in the main frame.
  4. Click “Provider information” in the submenu just below the “Edit” button.
  5. Make any changes – then scroll to the bottom of the page to click “Save.”

Note: Availability status is listed as “accepting new clients – yes or no.” If you are not available to receive new pro bono clients from RVP, please update your status to “no.”
